IP Office VPN question

I want to know if IP Office can provide tunnels to remote softphones, can i use the Avaya VPNRemote client as a remote user?

I made some tests using other VPN solution, the VSU 5, i tried to make a call, i heard everything but they didn't hear me at all, i have a dial up connection, can phone manager pro handle a call with this speed over internet?

The only third party VPN client that is currently supported, on the VPN side, is the Netscreen Client. The VSU client will not work, I hav tried. Try and stay away from performing VoIP over PPP dialup sessions, it will never work the way you want it to. This kind of solutions is more designed for remote users on Cable or xDSL services.
