Has Anyone had the problem where the CPU on the Voicemail pro goes really busy to the point where you have to reset it about twice a day.

How can I stop this

Thanks

What kind of PC are you using? How much memory does it have?
Is it connected to a network? Do you have current anti virus
protection? What is the exact version are you running?
Sorry for so many questions, But there are alot of things to check out.

Hi Hope this info helps
The Software a hardware is:

The IP Office is a 412 with software version 2.1 (15)

The Voice Mail Pro is version. 2.1 (5)

The PC is a HP DL380 whit a 2.8 Ghz CPU, 1024MB ram and win 2000 server.

There is no anit virus running but it is on the network

Are you certain about which software is hogging the processor? Have you looked (in task manager) at all your running tasks, sorted by CPU % use when this happens? You may have a rogue task messing things up on you - possibly spyware or a virus.

Yes I am sure no other tasks are taking the CPU

I would just export your callflows, reinstall VMPro, and import your callflows again. It's fast and easy enough that you can eliminate a corrupted install before spending all kinds of time barking up the wrong tree looking for something else.
