I have a 500 v2 with vm pro running the intuity mode, currently they have the main number going into hunt group, at nights this sends it to the auto attnd and it perfect, but during the day when the recep have to step away from her desk the system doesn't send it to the auto attendant, it just sends it to the mail box. I would like to have the auto attnd answer. I have followed along with the creating a phantom hunt group, short code etc, but it still routes calls to the mail box not the Auto Attendant.
Any help would be great, cause this is really starting to bug me!
