Ip office vmail to email

Voice mail to email has stopped working for all users.
Gmail used. Password has not changed, less secure apps is still on, monitor shows no smtp activity when message is left. Ideas?

When this happens we need to reboot the IPO as the connection was lost and the IPO stopped sending the STMP messages.

A reboot should fix it if all settings are the same. If IPO tries sending an email and is not successful it stops trying for future emails until a reboot.

Monitor said smtp not connected.

Our VM to Email randomly stopped working this week. We have an on premises exchange server and it's worked fine for 5 years. This 11.0.2 is crap. Still have the Korean letters on VM as well.
