I'm having a strange issue with my Avaya system, I haven't been able to find any information why, or any other people even reporting this issue.
I have one user who is using the call intrude feature for sales training, but the intrusion randomly cuts off after 5-10 minutes. His extension is configured exactly the same as the person sitting next to him, who is not experiencing this issue. It's not doing this on every call either, probably 25% of the time. The phones are all Avaya 5420's.
I've looked through this site and every Avaya affiliated site I could find, and I've not found an example of this or any way to troubleshoot it. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
