IP Office Using CallPilot via PRI to CS1000

I see it documented that IP Office can use CallPilot via SIP.
I figured I could get IPO integated with CallPilot via QSIG.
I see where integration is documented for Cisco, so I figured why not.
Does anyone have this working?
IPO 9.0.300.941, CS1000 7.5, CallPilot 5.1

CallPilot recognizes my IPO user as a CP user when I call the CDN for CallPilot.
MWI turns on and off on the IPO phone.
When my IPO phone is forwarded to the CP CDN, and I call that phone from an internal or external number, CP doesn't integrate and answers with "CallPilot-Mailbox".
It looks as if the calling number of my cell is being sent over the DCH instead of the called number.

Been searching everywhere for an answer.
