We've had a new IP Office 9 system with a separate Voicemail Pro server for a few months now. Some users left the company, so we changed the name on their extensions to "available". When new users came along, we changed the names on the extensions to the new user names. The problem is that the extensions have disappeared from Voicemail Pro. The users have voicemail enabled in the IP Office Manager. I thought I would try leaving a message for one of them, but the voicemail that answered was my own. Crazy! How can I get the new users' voicemail working? Thanks.
