Hello, good afternoon. I'm trying to access the user portal of an IP Office 500v2 through a link with this structure: http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/userportal/index.html. However, when I try to access it, I get the following message: "Embedded File Server File Does Not Exist." I don't have an APP Server on the IP Office, as mentioned in this thread (https://www.tek-tips.com/threads/user-portal-app-server.1813942/). Does anyone know how to solve this issue?

PS: I have another IP Office at the same site with the same release, and that one does allow me to log in.

Just try to enter the ip adress and choose the web manager option from there, if it's not working it probably mean the person who created the SD card did not put the web manager files on it.

When you recreate a card from the manager it ask you if you want to put those files or not.

Hi JoConnex,

Yes, I already tried that, and I can access the web manager without any issues. I also accessed the SD card from the manager, and it lets me view the files correctly.

If I try to access the user portal by entering only the IP of my IP Office without a port, it builds the URL like this: https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/userportal/index.html, meaning it doesn't have a port as it might have with an APP Server. With the other IP Office, I can access it without any issues, and it builds the URL in the same way.

Sounds like you have to recreate the SD card or at least try the "upload system files" menu entry.
