We just became Avaya SMBS. This is my first ip office. I am happy just to be getting calls in and out and talk to the voicemail. I have not gotten to go to class yet. The next one is in January. Please excuse my ignorance. I saw how to upgrade the voice mail to 2.1.14 and did that. When I look at the version in the manager for the IP office it says 2.0.(16). I would like to take it to the last release. Should I? And could someone show me the Link to it. Thanks

Download 2.1.27 Admin CD, 2.1 Documentation CD , VM Pro 2.1.10 CD , VM Pro 2.1.14 patch and if necessery 2.1.10 User CD
