IP Office UC module 2 getting email to work

Hi all, first time Ive had one of these cards, it on the latest version and online activated etc. Im just adding hte voicemail to email settings and tried 365 and gmail so far and both fail. Ive tried this with adding a defualt route on the system and without, I see people mentioning a way to test pings from the card itself but I dont see a diagnostics tab anywhere to run the ping from. Any ideas on either how to check the UC card is online (its on DHCP so it really should be) or just how to get 365 to work.. we have tried App Passwords etc as well.

In the logs when I run the SMTP test this pops up in the logs

this looks like the test is already failing to start.

Enable the SMTP logging in VmPro client and get the SMTP log files from the Logs directory

Cheers, Ive already enabled the logging in the VMPro Client, are the log files stored on my PC or somewhere else?
 
I see they are on the UC card.. how do I get to them :)
 
Cheers, I just saw under the network settings which were DHCP the defualt gate way was blank so Ive changed that to static and entered it all correctly.. waiting for it to reload and see if that helps first.
 
That was it, changing the netwokr settings to static and adding in the gateway fixed it straight away :)

Well while your here there is a worrying error showing evry minute in the system monitor of the IPO.. the system is working fine with no issues, fully licensed with essentials and VM pro plus sip trunks and endpoints but this appears
