Is it the correct version for your ipo software level.

Newer software uses a different newer console software.

If I remember the older soft console doesn’t work on the later Ipo software levels

Thanks for the reply. As far as I know it's the correct version. The issue occured after a power down at the customers site.

Strange thing is is that the BLF is working. I see the busy state of all colleaugues. So there is a connection to the IPO.

 
Try using one of the default profiles to see it it logs in correctly

Even if you reinstall the reception profile you have set up will still be there
It might have got crupted

 
It's getting weirder.

I tried to check again, and logged in via teamviewer, and at that very moment the softconsole start working again just fine [surprise]
