IP Office System Voicemail

Is there a way to bypass the voice mail system announcement
"Your message is being answered by IP Office"
Then it says the recorded VM box name.
We are trying to route all calls to the 1st greeting but we are unsuccessful still says VM box name and IP office information

First - you'd get MUCH better replies posting in the IP Office forum - the Vodavi Starplus (where you've posted this) is a very different animal. That said, once you record and activate a mailbox greeting, it replaces the "your message is...." and recorded name duo.
