IP-Office System Status - Insufficient memory for the control unit

Hello,
I currently have a problem with the IP-Office System Status(11.1.3.0.0.Build 23). When I try to call up the details of an extension, it rarely works. I keep getting the error "The data request could not be processed due to insufficient memory in the control unit".
Does anyone know the problem and how it can be solved?
I am grateful for any advice

In System Status, on the top left under "System" what is the SD card percentage at?
If you are using embedded voicemail you probably have to many messages. You can manually delete these under File Management.

Thanks for the information, it is IPO Server (VMware) and only 42% of the disk is occupied. So that can't be the reason.

You had me confused with the term "Control Unit" that indicates a IP500v2
1. do you have the correct version of SSA to match the 11.1.3?
2. Try rebooting the server.

Thanks, restarting the server has solved the problem for now
