IP Office SIP Trunk to the Nortel CS1K

Hello,

I have configured IP Office SIP Trunk to the Nortel CS1K system, all configuration was done and it seemns ok in CS1K side ( I can see the Trunk Up and in Service)

However in the IP Office side the Trunk channels are out of service (from SSA vue), so we suspect IPO side, I use LAN1 for both SIP Trunk and internal IP Phone, can this cause the problem ? or I must use LAN2 for SIP Trunk and LAN1 for IP Phones....

This was posted in the wrong section. You want to post this in the Avaya:IP Office forum. This forum is for partner/basic mode only, which can't even run IP phones, and sees far less traffic come through it. You are far more likely to get help in the main IP office forum.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.
