IP Office Silent Embedded voicemail on gamma sip trunks

Hi All,
I am currently installing an IP Office on version 11,
I am getting calls inbound/outbound fine via my Gamma SIP Trunks w/ my draytek 2862
However I am having issues with the voicemail, internally I have no issues, however externally I am getting no speech on the voicemail, I cannot hear prompts etc when I call in via the SIP trunks,
I have only installed one other IPO at this level and it was fine, is there anything strange it could possible be?

Interesting - I have the same issue at two sites joined by SCN, unfortunately both already on ISDN and due to port to SIP but this has been delayed due to the silent AA / VM issue and is 200 miles away, not sure if I want to risk the drive to rebuild the config as I believe its related to the modem that the Draytek 2862 connects to .

I have tried various test and sent my config into a system in house and this works fine, albeit using ADSL port not WAN 2 of the router.

A few questions if you don't mind - Were your inbound calls cutting off after a period of time, as mine do after 30 seconds, what type of connection are you using, and what firmware is the Draytek on?

Did work out what the issue was or may of been ?
