IP Office Server Edition R12 Unable to connect to remote WebLM Server

Hi,
I have just made a new install of Server Edition R12, and am having major trouble getting it to pull licenses from remote WebLM server. I am able to access the system via browser or manager. If I use System Status, it does not succeed in pinging any IP address, even its own. Any suggestions?

The „ping doesn’t work“ in SSA is a known issue.
