Hi, The Primary Server Edition webpage shows the status of the primary server as Amber (Yellow but the server is online). Tried restarting the IPO services but didn't work. Any input will be appreciated.
-Thanks for your suggestion cuz you're Smart.

Amber just means that not all the services are online, as derfloh has said check the Web Control (port 7071) status of the services to see if one is offline. usually One-X or something like Media Manager is not running.

So long as your IP Office and Voicemail services are up calls will process.

Cheers,

Hi All,

Thank you so much for your valuable responses. I raised a ticket with Avaya and Technician suggested clearing all alarms from SSA and rebooting the server will resolve the issue.

And about the VM service, The Media Manager is not running for a long time and the server was showing online before the last reboot.

-Thanks for your suggestion cuz you're Smart.

Why raising a ticket if we gave you the solutions here?

Like BFG9K suggested, check webcontrol port 7071 and check if VM pro and One-X portal services are running and green.

I'm sure that One-S portal is not setup properly.
