I am using a cloud installation of the server edition of IP Office.
I am trying to call using the IP Office WebRTC web client. The browser is Chrome.

I have tried with and without STUN and TURN servers.

For incoming call, the client log shows that it receives a call and the caller ANI is correct but it shows as coming from an internal IP.
onNewIncomingCall : getSipUri = sip:9408xxxxxxx@10.220.0.227:5060

The sdp has internal IP candidates.

The console log has the following -

callObj1: callstate: AWL_MSG_CALL_CONNECTED
sdktest.js:379

onCallStateChanged: Total Calls = 1
awl.min.js:4
pc_oniceconnectionstatechange: failed

The user has remote worker license.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
