So we have a client that decided to spin up a new Avaya IPOSE version to replace their buggy system (Advised to do so by Avaya). This has caused a problem where 5 years of call recordings are sitting on the old server, they started up the new server with media manager before copying over the old recordings so now we have a situation where the client wants all the recordings to show on the new server.

My question is:

1. If we setup a NAS connector (in Media Manager) on the old server to archive the call recordings does it store those recordings with the METAData?
2. If we connect the new server to the NAS Connector will it be able to pull those old recordings into the new servers media manager database?

I have queried this with Avaya but they are not getting back to me.

Thank you in advance.
