8.1(73) IP Office Server Edition, We have an operator on a 9608 IP set. Plus other 9608 IP sets that surround her phone. At night they all forward their calls to her phone. She in turn forwards her phone to an off site answering service. I had made some changes to reserved IP licenses and it made me schedule a reboot for 3:00 AM. I got back into the solution this morning and the customer informed me that all of those phones that manually forwarded their sets had to be re-forwarded because they had lost the manual forwarding that was done the night before.

Anyone??

When you schedule a reboot it reboots with the config as you sent it, which was probably edited when they weren't forwarded. So you effectively changed the programming back to the time you made the changes :)

Thanks amriddle01....Duh I don't know why I didn't think of that. Sometimes its the simple things that pass you by!
