IP Office Server Edition 9608s buttons randomly lock

I currently have a ticket open with Avaya but they are not finding anything so i figured i would put this out there. I have a 10.1 service pack 3 server edition with 9608Gs. RANDOMLY the phones will lose the following buttons...VM, call log, contacts, mute, and speaker. The return a tone only. The IPO never see button presses. I believe the system is telling the sets to disable the buttons. a reboot usually fixes the issue. Long shot but i figured i would try...
 
Are these phones on the same location as the SE?
Do the phones have the correct firmware?

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!
 
Network issues or something on the network is interfering with the phones
Something on the network is using the same ports as the phones.
Bad cabling, bad switches, switches not configured correctly, bad POE, not enough watts for POE
