calls routing off site before they should

Server Edition 8.1.63 ( duplex servers )

time is correct on the sets
time is correct on the server ( using NTP )
time is correct in message time stamp
EST time zone
1 location not multiple systems in differet time zone

call flows using time condition since installed more than a year ago are behind by 5 hours all of sudden even though the time condition has not been changed since installed

calls route from IP500 ( PRI service )to ICR in IP500 solution to VM:DAY
not doing any time treatment in ICR for time profiles ... all done in VM Pro for this call flow.

VM:DAY
Modules do a holiday true or false check then a true or false hours check

1) Holiday > true looks for Hours check
2) Holiday > false routes to after-hours off site support service

3) Hours > true routes to a menu for AA functions
4) Hours > false routes to after-hours off site support service

hours check 06:00 thru 17:00 is true ( anytime out of this is false )

the calls are routing to after-hours off site support service starting at 12:00pm and no longer 17:00 ( if we adjust by 5 hours + for start / end its works )

wondering if anyone else had run into this in the past after working for an extended
period of time witout any issues with Server Edition 8.1.63 and or any 8.1.x system in general ?

cheers

I have the same problem but mine is only off by 1 hour. Weekly planner is set from 8:00 to 16:00. Condition only routes true when the system time is 9:00. Server edition 8.1.69.

Login with SSH (cli) and type -> date.
What does that command show for you?
This should be the correct time and probably this will show the time you actually dealing with.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!
