I've followed the instructions from Avaya on how to get Media Manager up and running on IP Office SE (we have 11.1.3.1.0 build 34.) I know that VMPro is working because our voicemails are recorded and emailed to the user. I know call recording is working because the recordings show up in /opt/vmpro/MM/VRL. The Media Manager service is running but it never moves the calls to /additional-hdd#1/partition1 so we can see them from the "recordings" option on the web management page. Is there something I missed in setup? Is there some permission that needs to be changed from whatever it gets installed as?

I've setup Media Manager before for call recording but it was on a 500v2 / App Server installation. I know it took some tweaking to get things working like they should but I can't remember what it was.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
