IP Office SE 12.0 VM Pro backup issue

I have 3 SE systems at 12.0. I am having and issue setting up SFTP backups from the VM client. The issue is I keep getting error about Password Encryption/decryption Failed. Can not verify FTP/SFTP details.
I can use same information/credentials to program the backups to same SFTP on the sever under WebManger. That works. No issues with any 11.1 systems just seems to be 12.0 related.
Anyone else see this or have a solution?

I have several app servers running into the same issue on R12. I haven't opened a ticket with Avaya, have been waiting for IT to look into it as I thought it was on the network side.
