We just did a new install for a local bank, they have a new MPLS circuit in place from windstream and the local IT vendor is controlling the firewalls, we have been able to connect the locations together but we are having only one way conversation, you can hear the branch talking to the main location but not the main location back to the branch, real strange, we have connected many of these together before but havent ran into this one

Traces, traces, traces......assuming you have disabled DMP to rule that out :)

Monitor will show if you/they are sending/receiving the RTP stream, takes 10 secs and gives you your answers.
Wireshark can confirm it when IT don't believe Monitor :)

What are the firewalls in place? amriddle is right, if direct media path is off, you have one of those firewalls blocking RTP. Cisco's and Junipers and such also have h.323 and sip alg's/inspects that can cause issues if turned on/enabled.
