IP Office running 2420, 6408, 6424

Hi guys.

Am a long running member but cannot for life of me remember my login details.
I am out onsite putting the above phones on 1308 cabling.

So! the BT type connector to RJ11. Does any one know the pinout of this lead on the understanding these phones 3&4 on the SOCKET.

the RJ45 plug on the IPO has phone contacts on the middle pair (4 &5) I think that is what you are after

Is this the same for all.
My 6408/6424 are not on site as yet. It does work fine using BT type connection all ok on 2420.

You always want the centre pins for single pair (avaya anyway) phones or any kind of analog trunk. 2&3 on RJ11 is equiv to 4&5 on RJ45 - you can mix and match as required.
