We have a client with a close business affiliate using a Siemens ROLM CBX system. Our client is interested in IP Office and CCC for their headquarters and call center, however they need assurances that they can continue to transfer calls back and forth with their affiliate while keeping it transparent to the originating caller.
Has anyone had success networking a Siemens ROLM system to an IP Office or can anyone provide suggestions on how best to approach this? This client is particularly interested in Avaya's CCC offering which is why the question is being raised, and for those wondering - the option of the ROLM CBX being replaced with IP office is not an option.
