Hello,

I'm trying to have an option in a hidden Auto Attendent with Voicemail pro, so that the owner of a company can dial in to his system and can be allowed to toggle his primary hunt group from day to night mode and visa versa. I have setup a short code that toggles the night service mode on the group. I then created a hidden menu option on his Auto attendant in VM pro that transfers to the short code. Alternatively i have tried making a phantom user who forwards to the short code, but have not been able to get this to work. I vaguely remember getting this to work via embedded VM a long time ago with blind transfer to a SC in embedded VM.

How can I achieve this with VM pro? I have many unused DID's on my PRI, so I can dedicate a spare DID to this function. I'm trying to get creative with crafty ways of achieving this but hitting a brick wall. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

No need for codes, look at the options in the generic action, you can change the group state from there directly :)

"No problem monkey socks

Or even better your the "Personal Options Menu" action
IIRC this has options for NS & Out of service when used with a group.

A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.
Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

iPGuru, in this case the generic action is better.
Too many options will confuse end users.
The genetic action does do what needs to be done.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!
