IP Office R8 Account Code

Hi

I have IP Office 500 Release is 8.1, and the License installed valid
I config the account code in the ARS , it's working fine in digital phones
but, in IP phones 16xx & 96xx they displays ( Enter Account ) for 1 sec and disappear

I updated the firmware for IP Phones, but the same problem

Note : I have IP Office 406 Rel 5, the phones working fine

Any advice to resolve this problem ?

Contact Avaya Support, looks like a bug to me.
