IP Office R11 with DECT R4 and 3735 handsets

We have a customer with IP Office R11 requesting a wireless solution and I have few questions:
1. Is it possible to page DECT handsets from either desk or wireless phones?
2. Does PTT (Push-To-Talk) work without AIWS?
3. Is it possible to send SMS from one handset to a group of handsets at once?
