Translations are set up in the IP Office and the NEC but I am not the NEC tech. I am the AT&T/Lucent/Avaya old phone guy. Successful SIP experience to Mitel and Nortel but with this 8100 when we call the 8100 from a 9608 etc. the NEC phone rings. If it does not have voicemail the IP Office user will hang up and try later. The problem though is that the NEC phone continues ringing for 3 minutes, after the IP Office user has hung up. I have been googling and researching for an answer/dialogue to use with the NEC tech to suggest where to look with no luck. Any NEC gurus on here that can tell me where to look on the 8100 system please?
