I have a system with Preferred Edition running 9.1.6 and I'm using a System Prompt Language action to change the language over to Spanish which works fine. If the call is sent to a queue the language reverts back to English, same thing if the call starts in a queue and the caller chooses Spanish then the call goes to the "still queued" announcement the announcement changes back to English. I would have thought the call should hold onto whatever the caller chose but it doesn't seem to work that way.
I also tried to have the call set a system variable to a certain value when the caller chooses Spanish, in my case I set CP0 to a value of 10, then in the queue I test CP0 to see if the value is 10, if its a match then I send the call to a Language action which sets the language to Spanish but it doesn't seem to match so the language just stays English.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
