I have a customer with existing Partner ACS that is going to PRI. Installing 500v2 with PRI Single enabled for 8. 6 Channels coming in. Would like to keep the feel of the Partner ACS as much as possible. I'd like to set up the channels as appearance buttons (similar to the old Partner ACS T1 scenario). Documentation doesn't say you can't do it. I have set system table for 6 lines. Trunks are set for 6 channels in service with corresponding appearance ID 01-06. Anything I'm missing here? Any pitfalls? Hopeful that customer can pick up the phone and answer a call. PUt on hold. Hopeful they can pick up a line button (ALS) and dial out. Just want to make sure I'm on the right path here.
