Running IP Office 500 in Partner mode, trying to program a button at x27 to forward calls to cell phone. Have the cell number in personal speed dial list 99. At the 1416 - select Button Programming, select a button, scroll down to Call Forward, Select, Call Forward Orig: 12, Call Forward Dest:99 - display resets to Call Forward Dest:

Display reads:
Button Program 27 9 27:
Call Forward Dest:

No matter what I try.. can't get it to accept 99 as a destination.

If I use Feature 11 27 99 it works fine.

If it works when using feature 11 I assume you have remote call forward allowed for the extension.

Are you using Manager to program or the phone? If assigning the button via Manager, choose call forward, then you will get a pop-up screen asking to input originator and destination with a - separating the two (27-99). Once you do this, the user just has to press the button to activate it (they don't have to put 27 99, it's already in the programming).

If you are using the phone, I would recommend using manager.
