IP office Partner edition 1

Just installed my first IPO partner edition. It seems to program the same as the partner with the exception of auto attendant. All greeting are recorded but cant find where to get the AA to answer the incomming calls. I've searched the knowledge with no luck. Has any one installed one and can point me in the right direction?
 
View / show Admin Tasks / Trunks / In the trunks window: highlight a trunk - click Advanced Setup / VMS Settings
 
I'll look into that in the AM. Although that dosn't seem like options I saw in manager.
 
I know theese are simple questions, but I have to ask.
How do you access your voicemail msgs remotly?

Last is it possible to promt the extension for a password. Now they hit open voicemail and it auto logs them in with no pswd required.

Remote access:
Administer AA / Setup AA Actions / Key: choose a number / Action: Transfer to Number / Destination: VM Collect

Password:
Admin Tasks / User Setup / Advanced Settings / VM Settings / Enter and re-enter a password

The manual states:

Voicemail Settings
• Voicemail Code: Default = Blank, Range = 0 (no code) to 15 digits. A code (1-15 digits) used to validate access to the mailbox.
• The mailbox user can change the code by dialing *04 after having entered the mailbox.
