Ive been working with a customer to identify why their parked calls occasionally ringback
So the receptionist receives calls and almost always places them in Park 1. Then calls whoever in the building she needs to in order to notify them they have a call waiting. According to her as soon as she starts typing the number to call a coworker the call is already ringing back. In other cases the coworker will answer and be speaking to them and then all of a sudden they will ring back to reception. I have checked the park timer on manager and it is still set to the default 300s. I also have not witnessed the event myself. While I have been on site two separate times all the calls have worked just fine and I have not been able to recreate the scenario while calling in myself. Wondering if there is a potential setting I am just overlooking or if it might just chock up to user error. Any help is super appreciated.
