Your experinces please.
Tried on both extension and trunk ports and Cannot get any volume at all.
Its going to an external amp. i have it currently to an analgue handset with curly cord straight to pa input?

Either version will work, but requires an appropriately equipped input on the amp. The trunk level would require that the amp provide adequate talk battery. Analog station level requires that the amp take the station "off hook" - then the IP Office needs to be rebooted while the amp is connected.

Either version requires appropriate programming within manager.

I've never tried interfacing analog handset to paging amplifier...
A paging interface such as Bogen TAM-B usually makes these interfaces easy.

Good luck!

Have put the Amp to DS handsets 5402 and this worked well however need a matching interface between the Amp and handset curly cord and set the handset up as a paging port
