IP Office Ougoing call problem

Hello,

I have a IP Office v2.1 and i have a problem with outgoing calls.
With incomming calls no problems.
I have 3 ISDN lines.

I must dail a 0 for a outgoing call. So i have set the Prefix on 0, the international prefix on 00 and the national prefix on 0
Anybody know what go's wrong??

you will need to check in ShortCodes.
by default the IPO will enable outboud calls without any prefix.

if you require you users to dial 0 for a line before the telephone number you need to creat a new ShortCode

Short code 0N
telephone number N
feature Dial

theis will strip the leading 0 & send all other digits to line
