IP Office One-X Portal Hunt Group messages cannot be accessed

I have two sites now where the Hunt Group Messages show up in the messages tab on the one-x portal but they cannot clear them. They can clear the messages in their personal mailbox but not the huntgroup. They can clear the hunt group mailbox with a shortcode from their phone.
Has anyone else had this issue?
Both sites are on 9.0.5
