Before I begin.
The customer has no form of LCR, CPS, Non standard system or user shortcodes.

We have an IPO 406 Version 3 DS MOdules which is unable to dial certain numbers.
Looking @ the trace we see this.

000000ms CMTARGET: SYS SC:167 07********* 0 sc=type=Dial code=?, num=.
000000ms CMTARGET: LCR NOT MATCHED:167 (cpn=07*********)
000000ms CMTARGET: DIAL LINE:167 Group=0 SUCCESS=1

Can any one help here at all.
Thanks

I suspect that your system short codes are incorrect, possibly when you installed the system it has defaulted to a US locale (this can happen if the regional settings of you Manager PC are not set correctly & a lot of IT depts do not seem to bother )

for a UK system you should have a system short code as follows

sc- ?
Number .
Feature Dial

if you have any that look like [9]N;, then you are configured for US operation, these should be deleted & the above code added.

Yeah the Short code for dialling is all ok.
Have been through the shortcodes with a fine tooth comb.

Your piece of trace says it did dial the number:

000000ms CMTARGET: SYS SC:167 07********* 0 sc=type=Dial code=?, num=.
000000ms CMTARGET: LCR NOT MATCHED:167 (cpn=07*********)
000000ms CMTARGET: DIAL LINE:167 Group=0 SUCCESS=1

First line is a copy of the used ShortCode

The second line only tells you that there is no entry in LCR for the dialled number, and you said you don't use LCR wich is confirmed here!

last line SUCCESS=1 means the number has been send to the line.

if you cannot dial certain numbers then i suggest you test your config within the wizard app. any faults you missed will be detected.

Its not a system fault. Phew. was a silent call barring on the line
