ip office nortel phones

Wandering if this has happened to anyone with ip office and nortel phones, what has happened twice is the the on a incoming call the console phone will just ring continously until you unplug the set, this has happened twice. Of course its when I am not around and no one else can really tell me what is happening with the lines (analog co ) I did find out that it is when someone there is 2 calls coming in and someine is picking that call up from another station. Any ideas?
