IP Office new install questions

I have a new IP office 500 with 8 analog pots lines & 1-5420 & 22-5410's + V.M. Pro.
I have the following questions.

1.Main recept has a 5420 with direct appearence of pots lines. How do I change idle line preference?(when going off hook-graps line 1-they want to grab intercom)

2. When users dial 9 for outbound-shouldn't you grab line-8-7-6 etc-if idle..?(from bottom up)
It doesn't seem to grab in this order.. Can this be programmed/changed??

3. How do I program voice announce when dialing intercom #'s? Like on the Partner ACS-etc.

These are fairly basic programming questions, did you self install/where did the equipment come from? Who did the initial setup?
