My small company is running an IP Office phone system (I think it is a 406, I'm not at work right now). Our departing CEO wants to have an outgoing message on his phone and NOT have the ability for someone to leave him a voicemail message. I am stumped as to how to accomplish this.

The feature is called "accept call answer"

It is under Personal Options (press 5) when you log into the mailbox.

or just save the greeting as a loop!

Take Care

Thanks Ragnorak, the simple answer I was looking for. I should have known it would be in that "hidden" option 5! Gotta love how they name their features.
