I've exprience on Definiy only. Since I'm doing ACA Certification, I took IP Office as my product elective. Because of geographical distance, I cannot attend workshops or classes conducted by Avaya University.

I need IP Office admin applications like Manager and installation and administration wizard application, where I can workout some excercise offline without the system. I downloaded IP office admin CD from avaya support site.

After installation, it is asking for operator password.... any thoughts that might help me.

The default password for Administrator is Administrator.

Thanks. That works!

Oe more question, Where can I find the Installation and Administration izard. After Installation I found only 4 applications in start menu.

The wizard is a selected when you install the admin suite, there should be a tick box to install the wizard.

I beleve this is ticked as default, Try reinstalling again via add/remove programs.

Hope this helps

make sure that you have installed net framework, the install wizard will not run without it & so is not installed
