IP office loses communication

After upgrading to 4.05 from 3.x we randomly lose communication to our IP office. All phones go blank and all calls are dropped for about 15 seconds. I posted about this before here but just found a new error in my trace so I thought I would repost it in a new thread. Anyone know what this means? What does PRN mean? All the lines at the end start with PRN. Also what is TLB Instr or findfunc doing?

Thanks for any help. Its driving me crazy.

I guess I should have stated. I already tried upgrading to 4.07 and that didnt fix the issue.

then there is probaby somethingwrong with the config or the hardware
did you try to default the unit and rebuild the config ?
