IP Office Lan Stops Responding

We have an IP Office 406 that for no apparent reason decides to stop responding to any lan requests. I have run a packet sniffer and collated the information with the monitor trace and there does not appear to be any suspicious traffic. Firmware version 1.4(22) 5 x Pots units and a 10 chnl VCM card

Anyone come across this?

sevearl times in various forms, maybe a faulty vcm card, they have been the culprit many times previously.

2.1.15 firmware has this problem all the time, downgrading to 2.0.18 resolves it (and hopefull upgrading to 2.1.24 also!!). Not aware of 1.4.22 having this problem, and I have a customer with a 406 on that release that is resistant to upgrading and they have been OK. Still - I would upgrade and see if it helps.
