ip office in calls

I just installed a ip office 10.x basic. it's a very basic system.
I must be having a brain fart or something.
What I'm trying to do is all incoming call ring into exten 10 if nobody ansers I just want her voice mail to pickup.
If I call it from inside it picks up, but not from outside calls. I know I must be looking right at it.

On each trunk, in the little box for Analogue Trunk Setup, there is a drop down for "Coverage Destination" - set that to 10

I thought in basic mode you can only do operator group.

Basic mode is like a Partner system. Try it, it will work
