IP Office hunt group queue light being stuck

IP Office 2.1 We built "personal" queue groups for agents using VM Pro. Basically they have 3 digit hunt goups which ring to their phones and they're the only members. They have a "hg <hg name>" button which shows when a call is in "queue" they can press to see who the call is, and press a second time to grab the call.

Basically for some reason, their lights are getting stuck on and when they press the button it shows "0 calls" in queue. The way we've found to reset the lights is to unplug/plug in the phone.

Any ideas?
 
I've done the exact same thing for a client of mine. The problem is known as "Phantom Callers" and is (allegedly) a resolved bug in firmware 2.1.24 - unfortunately there is some question about softconsole working correctly with that firmware, I'm going to be doing some testing in my lab to see if that is so with DS phones. See the thread here "2.1.24 or not, that is the question" (or something very similiar to that) for details. If you don't use softconsole, upgrade to 2.1.24, if you do stay posted for more details :)
