IP Office 2.1 We built "personal" queue groups for agents using VM Pro. Basically they have 3 digit hunt goups which ring to their phones and they're the only members. They have a "hg <hg name>" button which shows when a call is in "queue" they can press to see who the call is, and press a second time to grab the call.
Basically for some reason, their lights are getting stuck on and when they press the button it shows "0 calls" in queue. The way we've found to reset the lights is to unplug/plug in the phone.
Any ideas?
