IP Office - Handset Displaying "OG"

One of my handsets is displaying "OG" in the right hand corner, I am new to the system and am unsure as to what this means. All incoming calls are directed to voicemail immediately, outgoing calls complete OK.

Is this anything to do with overflow groups?

Can anybody help?

Depends on the language the IP Office is running...
Over here the 'G' means available for hunt-group. Are you running your IPO on English?

Home is were you end up when you've got nothing better to do
 
I'm guessing your extension is Out of Group.

Upload the database on manager and see if the user has a * beside their name on the incoming group.

Right click and enable the user and merge the config.

That’s if my guess is right and that’s due to happen at lest once today
