IP Office forward calls to Altiserve over PRI

I have 2 phone systems

Avaya Office - 90% employees

2 PRI Connected to AVAYA -- SIP output to AltiServe

Alti Serve - Call Center

When I dial 2020 on an Avaya extension, I want it to directly dial extension 2020 which is on the Altiseve PBX.

I created a short code on IP Office for ext 2020 and it forwards to Altiserve auto attendant. I don't know why it is doing this. IE: an OPX / Off Premise extension transfer.

No clue but so long at the IP Office is sending its request to 2020@<altiserver server> then its more likely an issue at the Altiserve end. Since you've created a short code for this routing, why not tell us what's in the short code?

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
